What does a typical engagement look like?

Most start with a 60-day diagnostic and strategy phase, then move into ongoing monthly retainer work. Some clients come in with a defined project (a CRM rebuild, a go-to-market launch) and scope from there. Either way, we define it together before anything starts.

 

What size business is this right for?

If your business is growing but marketing isn't generating consistent demand, operations can't support the next stage, or leadership is stuck in execution — this is built for you. If you're earlier-stage or a larger organization, reach out anyway. If it's not the right fit, I'll tell you honestly.

 

How is this different from hiring an agency?

Agencies execute campaigns. I build the strategy layer that campaigns live inside — and the operational infrastructure that makes execution repeatable. I'm embedded in your business, not managing a retainer from the outside.

 

Do you work with multiple clients at once?

Yes, but deliberately. I take a limited number of engagements at any time to protect the quality of each relationship. If there's a capacity constraint, I'll tell you upfront.

 

What's the investment?

Retainers typically start at $2,500/month for ongoing embedded work. Project-based engagements are scoped individually. The strategy call is free — and gives you enough information to decide if the economics make sense before we go further.
