I started Kipnis Creative because I kept seeing the same problem: growing businesses with real potential, stuck because they couldn't afford a full-time CMO or COO — and the agency model wasn't filling that gap.


I've spent my career at the intersection of marketing and operations. I've built demand generation systems from scratch. I've rebuilt pipelines that were leaking revenue. I've taken a client from $600K to $3M and helped another generate $1.5M in new business through digital marketing.
